Before we can start on the baby's room, we need to address our outdated bathroom. We've had trouble with leaking water under the tub and some of the green tiles are losing their grip. Solution - redo everything! So far we've purchased new tile and started the demo. We'll keep you posted on the progress.

I totally understand the solution to fixing the bathroom problem. Re-doing everything is always the answer. (sorry, Kyle) In fact, we're doing the same thing right now.
