Story #2
Carter had his first 4-H experience. We took him to the Hamilton County 4-H fair on Saturday. On a side note, I must say going to see farm animals during the first trimester of pregnancy is a challenge....oh the smells! Anyway, Carter had a really good time. He saw llamas, goats, cows and rabbits. He liked the smaller animals and was brave enough to pet a couple. 
The animals were not the highlight of Carters afternoon, however. He loved it when they would announce the blue ribbon winners. Every time the crowd clapped he would clap along regardless of what he was doing at the time. Also, he LOVED the tractor pull. He would point and scream when the big tractors would drive by.

I can't believe he had that cute hat on long enough to take a picture!!!! He is such a trip!!!
We hit the Hamilton Cty. fair over the weekend as well! Wish we would have bumped into you 3! I agree w/ you FULLY on the smells & hopefully you did not venture to try the lamb burger as I so bravely did (and immediately regretted it). The corn on the cob was awesome, though! :)
Was that spaghetti Carter was eating? I guess scarfing spagoots (as gramps referred to it) is in his genes! Too cute. What is it about boys and tractors? He is ALL boy!
Glad to see Carter is getting early exposure to goats. Makes me proud. We hit the fair on Thursday. James loved the animals and the legos. Will hated everything. Shocking. We really went b/c my niece Olivia had art and stuff on display, though.
